Nový občanský zákoník prošel úspěšně Senátem. Pozměňovací návrh ústavně - právního výboru horní komory Parlamentu, aby se odložila účinnost zákona na rok 2016, nebyl přijat. Senát schválil také návrh zákona o obchodních korporacích a návrh zákona o mezinárodním právu soukromém.
