The attorney provides his legal services in a manner, which is in compliance with all applicable legislation, taking into account any anticipated legislative or regulatory changes, which he monitors on an ongoing basis. His documents are prepared in a highly professional manner and all services are supplied at the highest level of quality, in an attempt to find the best solutions for the given tasks. He thoroughly analyzes each problem in a broad context and considers all possible legal aspects of his legal cases. Regularly expanding his legal knowledge, he attends courses and seminars, as well as also being a lecturer in his own right. His focus is on the quality of the services he provides. All work is looked at numerous times and carefully reviewed. The system he works under is structured to minimize any formal or other errors. Assignments from clients are turned around in the shortest possible time with an emphasis on flexibility and the ability to respect the scheduling and needs of the client. Billing for attorney charges are always based on an itemized breakdown of fees and expenses. All activities are timed, dated and specifically described.
